1. What is your strength? It is not always about your muscle strength, rather, it is about your willpower, training, and motivation. It refers to the ability to get everything well-done. I know, someone is very smart, but few of them can do well in their jobs. And I know others who find their work extremely challenging, but they can conquer the mountains by their driving force and hard work. They possess mighty inner strength. More interesting, these hard workers do not realize the huge workload. Bystanders are not only very surprised, but always ask: "How do you make it?" However, the answer they often get is:"I just work a little harder than others." So, why some people can do more? Where their motivation comes from? Who gives them extra strength? Could it be, they simply give themselves strength to do more?
 
2. Self-imposed limits. What I have observed is that most people are self-imposed. Sometimes, they set their limits or boundaries in line with their capacity that they think they possess or their past experiences, even without any foundations sometimes. I can't make it.(Why?) It's too difficult for me. (How do you find it extremely hard?) I can't work it so hard. (What can it be if you have tried?) I'm not smart enough to settle this matter. (How can you make sure if you don't try?) So, how to break these limits? How to be more powerful?
 
3. Pushing it... Most people are taking actions, but never reach their limits. If you want to become stronger, you must break your limits. You can improve it by pushing yourself. You can get this point while doing sports in the gym. Therefore, you can apply it in improving inner strength, train yourself and give yourself power. Do you want to challenge your limits? Then you can give yourself some pressure. Do a test and make sure your limits and determine a target a little higher than your capacity allows.
 
4. You are stronger than you think. Many people may underestimate their abilities. Try to challenge your capacity every day. Keep pushing yourself and find your true limits and define your power. You'll find it incredible when you see what you can achieve. What is your self-imposed limits? What need your added drive? When do you find you are stronger than you think?
